For this event, I will be providing snacks and yummy treats for grounding. If you have any food restrictions or allergies, please include that in the message portion of the registration form, so that your needs may be accommodated.

Although Mats, Blankets, Bolsters and Pillows are provided, Attendees are encouraged to bring additional mats, pillows or blankets to provide additional comfort during the event.
